Roberto Espinoza

Roberto Espinoza - Chef/Owner

Chef/Owner Roberto Espinoza began as a professional chef in Austin, Texas, where he honed his culinary skills in various award winning restaurants. Throughout his culinary career Roberto was significantly influenced by Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cultures. His culinary style embraces proven international dishes that are honest and simple.

Two years ago Roberto had a concept for a restaurant that relied on seasonal and fresh ingredients as the focus of his dishes. He envisioned a dining atmosphere that was classic yet comfortable, and, most importantly, within our Downtown area. Without fanfare or incentives he began his efforts to completely refurbish and renovate the historic King James Barber Shop into a premier dining establishment. Pot-Au-Feu serves breakfast, lunch and dinner to the growing downtown residential and business community.

Roberto is a native El Pasoan with strong roots in our community. Pot-Au-Feu is his first restaurant.
